Toby Foord-Kelcey grew up in Hertfordshire and the West of Ireland. He has a BSc in Biochemistry from Bristol University, an MBA from City University, and has had two careers: in software and in investment management.
Toby is a moderately competent rock climber.
Shoko Okurano and Toby met in Tokyo in 1992. They were married in Crackington Haven in North Cornwall in June 1998.
